辦學宗旨及目標
- 本於基督的愛、服侍鄰舍的使命，盡心盡力為兒童提供優質的學前教育。
- 尊重兒童是獨立的個體，因應兒童的興趣能力及發展需要，提供適切的課程，因材施教。

機 構 背 景
藍如溪盛成皿教育基金為伯特利中學校友組成，於一九七九年正式成立，向政府註冊為非牟利有限公司，成立之初，蒙各校友及社會人士慷慨捐助，先後以免息貸款資助清貧學生，使其繼續升學，贊助社會公益活動，捐助獎學金予伯特利中學優異生等。又於八六年，向政府申請在沙田開辦「藍盛教育基金邊陳之娟幼兒園」，歷年深受家長歡迎，遂再於九七年於荃灣開辦「藍盛教育基金邊耀良幼兒園」-GPN。本園亦因教統局之「協調學前服務」政策，於2005年9月1日落實關係，重新註冊為「藍如溪盛成皿教育基金邊耀良幼兒園‧幼稚園」。
服 務 宗 旨
本園乃非牟利幼兒園及幼稚園，開辦於1997年、一直以來秉承及發揚基督精神，協助外出工作之父母照顧及教育兒童，並根據兒童的興趣、能力、發展需要，提供各種適當的教育活動，讓兒童從遊戲中學習、促進兒童的智能、語言、創作力、情緒、社交及體能等均衡的發展，為學前作好準備。
質 量 政 策
藍如溪盛成皿教育基金邊耀良幼兒園‧幼稚園的服務對象為二至六歲學前兒童，本園乃遵照幼兒中心守則（香港法例第二四三章）運作，幼稚園乃遵照香港教育條例。為確保提供具質量保證的學前教育服務，本園確立推行社會福利署之優質服務標準（SQS），並接受教育局質素保證分部的評核，以確保能持續完善，提升更優質的學前服務。

School Aims
- Based on the love of Christ and the mission of serve, we do our best to provide high-quality preschool education for children.
- Respect that children are independent individuals, and provide appropriate courses and teach students according to their aptitudes according to their interests, abilities and developmental needs.

background
Alice Lan & Vera Shen Education Fund formed by alumni of Bethel Middle School, it was officially established in 1979 and registered with the government as a non-profit-making limited company. At the beginning of its establishment, it was generously donated by various alumni and people in the community, and successively provided interest-free loans to poor students, so that they could continue to grow. Further studies, sponsor social welfare activities, donate scholarships to outstanding students of Bethel Middle School, etc. In 1986, applied to the government to open “AL & VS EDUCATION FUND DELIA PEI NURSERY. KINDERGARTEN” in Shatin, which was well received by parents over the years. Then in 1997, “AL & VS EDUCATION FUND GORDON PEI NURSERY. KINDERGARTEN” – GPN was opened in Tsuen Wan.
Service purposes
AL & VS EDUCATION FUND GORDON PEI NURSERY. KINDERGARTEN was established in 1997. It has been adhering to and promoting the spirit of Christ, assisting parents who go out to work to take care of and educate children, and provide a variety of appropriate educational activities according to children’s interests, abilities and development needs, so that Children learn from play, which promotes the balanced development of children’s intelligence, language, creativity, emotion, social and physical abilities, and prepares them for preschool.
Quality Policy
The service targets are pre-school children aged two to six. The kindergarten operates in accordance with the Code of Practice for Child Care Centres (Chapter 243 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and the kindergarten follows the Hong Kong Education Ordinance. In order to ensure the provision of quality-assured pre-school education services, the kindergarten has established and implemented the Quality Service Standards (SQS) of the Social Welfare Department, and has been assessed by the Quality Assurance Division of the Education Bureau to ensure continuous improvement and better pre-school services.
